Return & Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility only for products received damaged, torn, defective, or different from the ordered design/item.

Please record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel. The parcel label must be clearly visible in the video, including the customer address, barcode and AWB number.

Please share the complete unboxing video with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will carefully verify the video and, if the issue is found to be genuine and eligible, the exchange process will be initiated.

Approved exchanges will be processed within 9–10 days, InshaAllah.
