Welcome to Sunnah Collection House. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders & Payments
All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, availability, or other errors when necessary. Orders are confirmed only after successful order placement.
2. Product Information
We try our best to display accurate product images, colours, sizes, fabrics and measurements. However, slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We provide delivery across India. Orders are normally delivered within 6–9 days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. In some cases, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days due to transportation, weather, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Return & Exchange
We offer exchange only for products received damaged, torn, defective, or different from the ordered item, subject to verification. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.
5. Unboxing Video
For any exchange request, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The parcel label, customer address, barcode and AWB number must be clearly visible. The video must be shared with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are requested to provide correct name, phone number, email address and complete delivery address while placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Communication
For order-related assistance, customers may contact us through our official WhatsApp numbers or email.
8. Changes to Terms
Sunnah Collection House reserves the right to update or modify these terms when necessary. Any updated terms will be published on this website.
